Found when character returned from large bath room to the women's locker room. From then on, it occurs when the character is in regular clothes (all directions) and a bathing suit (forward/down facing direction).
The bath area is brand new to my game so this was my first visit. The character returned from the large bath room and I noticed sprite lines for each direction walked. It really bothered me so I wanted to see if going back into the bathroom and returning would fix it, but it didn't. They stayed even after the character went to sleep and the next day started. Returning to the title screen and returning to the game got rid of the issue.
