I am playing in iOS 18.5 and have an n invisible item—it takes up space. Yes I tried turning it on $ off.

That is a weeding veil, its a hat. It kind of looks semi-transparent and you can't sell hats. It probably dropped from a dig spot or from a monster in the mines if you did not go to Emily's house to use the sewing machine to craft it. https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Bridal_Veil
