Switch Bug in Professor Snail Quest - Frozen like screen after finishing

Hello there.

This is my first time posting here. But I have encountered with a very annoying bug.

After completing Professor Snail quest, I got the conversation, get the recibe for Ostrich incubator but after that I got stuck on this screen, nothing else happens, no access to menu, cant move, you can still hear music going on if lile youre in a mid of an event but Im simple una ble to do anything.

I have reset my days several times but no luck, also tried to fino any similar bug on the forum.

This is on the switch version, please help.

The same thing happened to me on Birdie's mission. I believe it's a bug involving Ginger Island.

I could pass the bug, but I noticed a few more, happens suddenly after an event, happened once after your wife asks you if you want to have a baby, and just recently after 2 heart event just at the end of my day so I had to reset that day entirely, is very frustrating.
