Issue [BUG] Horse needs to be renamed every morning (MacOS)

Hey all, I did a lot of Googling on this but can't find sufficient information for Mac. There's been some suggestions of editing the save file but in the xml itself I can only find <horseName /> without really any indication anywhere that I won't break my game or just render whatever edit I make useless.

Other info that may be relevant: I am using the latest SMAPI (3.8.1) and using the UI Info Suite mod + All Professions mod.

Is there a fix that I could try without save file editing or am I doomed to wait until a new update? :P

Hi! As you're playing with mods, I've moved this thread to Mod Support section. Are you still seeing this issue on Stardew v1.5.2 with SMAPI v3.8.3?
