Xbox [BUG] Golden walnut disappeared

When I clicked on the walnut in the tree to the left of Qi’s room it completely flew off screen and didn’t drop down into my inventory, at the time I thought it was just a visual glitch but now i’ve found every other walnut and i’m stuck at 129/130, does anyone know how to fix this bug?? I’m trying to get 100% completion so it’s really frustrating.

They're supposed to fly up to the upper left corner of the screen and off. That's the animation they're supposed to get. Walnuts aren't items that you need to get close enough for your magnetism to affect.

Have you verified that the parrot at Leo's gives you no hints any more?

Are you playing on PC? Console?

If you're on PC, I can walk you through the steps to edit your save file and fix the issue. On console, I'm afraid I can't be much help.

The walnut flew up and off the screen completely, the parrot is giving no more clues and i’m on console :( thank you though

The parrot doesn't give hints for every single walnut, so I would check the ones that have no hints: 1.)Check the bush south of Shrine (east of Leos hut). 2.)Check Professor Snail and that you did not accidentally forgot to redeem reward. 3.) Make sure you have gotten all 3 Walnuts from the repeatable Pirate Dart Game.

I'm assuming this is the same bug that you can see on PS4, Switch and PC... except that on PC we can fix it easily with a quick savefile edit.

At this point, I think you're going to have to wait for an update that fixes the issue.

Yep. Exactly same happened for me. And I’m on PlayStation.
