Reduced profit margins no longer reduce the price of fruit tree saplings at Pierre's accordingly, though they still affect all other seed prices. I've checked and confirmed that the sapling prices were reduced in 1.3.36.
I'm unsure if this is working as intended or an actual error, but the change appeared in 1.4 and persists in 1.5, while prior versions behaved as expected. It's actually rather irritating for solo reduced-profit runs.
