PC [BUG] Fishing perfect bullheads produces regular fish

I'm seeing an issue when fishing in the mountain lake where if I catch a bullhead (its only happened with bullheads) with a "perfect," instead of resulting in a silver or gold star fish, I'm getting a regular one.
