To preface, I have Immersive Farm 2 installed, which changes the location of the greenhouse. I was able to consistently replicate this glitch in my world, but I don't have a world without Immersive Farm 2 to test it on.
What happened to me was that when I clicked on the greenhouse door while on my horse, instead of getting off of the horse, I ended up inside the greenhouse, out of bounds. In the attached picture you can just barely see my character, in the far right. As far as I could tell, there's no way to get out of here except by exiting the game and restarting that day.
