As it stands, fruit trees take an awfully long time to fully mature, at 4 years. By the time they fully mature for gifting to the people that love them, you've already maxed everyone out, even if you're a casual player. I think I have two solutions to this issue.
1. Fruit trees gain an age point every 3 months. A simple solution.
2. Fruit left on trees gain a point in quality every 3 days-1 week. An interesting solution that lets the fruit ripen.
On a side note, Cherries are just...there. Perhaps making them a Loved gift by all the children could help? Or perhaps a Cherry Crostata for Speed/Mining? In any case, that's just my idea for fruit trees. Hope you liked reading it! (yay first post)
