Switch Blue floor in ginger island

Just visited ginger island for the first time and as i went up to the volcanic region, (just outside the volcano) the floor was all blue. The floor on the unreachable ledges was half grass half blue. Im on year 5 and submitted the materials the same day willie told me about the boat (idk if that helps find the bug)
