iOS Black Screen on IOS

I am playing on a 9th gen iPad OS18.7, single player. This glitch was the reason I stopped playing a while ago, and I’m sad to see that it has not been resolved yet in any updates. Every so often, my screen will go black with the exception of one item in my backpack, showing in the corner and my energy bar showing in the other corner. To resolve this, I usually just have to close the app and get back into it, but then I lose everything up until my last save. The frequency varies, it sometimes won’t happen for a few days playing and other times it’ll happen every five minutes while I’m trying to play. The only reason I decided to report this time is because I earned 20,000 Qi points at the casino that I have now lost…. as evidenced in the corner.

Me too! I have the exact same issue. I couldn't figure out what the trigger was. It seems to happen at random times and very frequently too. There was once where I minimised it during this occurrence, waited for a period of time, and tried to open it again. The app then asks if I want to continue where I left off, and luckily I was able to recover the process. But I had only been able to do it once, and it wasn't a very optimal work-around. I had to stop playing it on my 9th gen iPad and use my Android phone instead :sweat:

Did you try reinstalling the game? Also take your save file out. Is it the Apple Arcade version? It seems to be a IOS only bug.

This also happened to me, and it’s the reason I stopped playing this game a year ago. I’m also using an iPad 9 with iPadOS 18.7. It seems like the developer doesn’t care about this game anymore (at least on iPadOS), since the last update was 10 months ago. I know the game has already ended and won’t get any new content, but they should at least fix bugs like this that make players unable to play the game.

Hello! I logged on this forum to ask about this issue. I feel at ease knowing I'm not the only one with his issue. but how come there aren't any fixes for this?
