Switch Big barn and coop do not showing in construction menu

Big barn and big coop do not showing in construction menu even that I already build simple barn and coop. Restarting console and downloading new version of software did not help. Yes I have enough resources, I have tried it many times but those options are still hidden form me. I also checked the whole menu using arrows also many times, but nothing helps.
Nintendo switch, Stardew valley version number 1.6.15.11. Oneplayer option. Console system version 21.2.0. English language.
As long as there is no option to connect switch to the pc, I can not check saved files to see what’s happened.

I believe this is a reoccurring issue in the current patch, and has no specific in game fix, it's just something that'll be (hopefully) changed in the following update.
