Banana Shrine

Hey, I've been trying to put a banana on the shrine in the jungle because I know it's how I get some of the golden walnuts but I just can't get it to work! I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but if anyone knows the controls to set the banana down on the Switch version of the game I'd really appreciate some help, or if there's something else going on that could be stopping me from setting the banana on the shrine?

Are you making sure to put it on the correct shrine? It is the one just to the left of the stairs/ladder leading up to Leo's treehouse.

Yeah, I realized the torches by the shrine were already lit so I think that means I did it already? I just must have completely forgot that I had done it, haha. I thought I had just got my first banana but I guess I got one earlier at some point.

If the torches are lit, you have completed that one, so I guess you must have.
