PC (1.5 Spoiler) Help! Galaxy Sword turned into Walking stick!!!

When I tried to forge my galaxy sword into the infinity blade with three galaxy souls it turned into a walking stick! and when I tried to "unforge" it I didn't get any of the gems back and it is still a walking stick.

What do you mean by walking stick?

That's a weird bug...

With those comments I realized I have some weapons mods. I deleted one and my infinity blade came back but it still has walking stick as the name.

Yeah, deleting mods doesn't always undo all the changes they made.
