Yes it got harder. Many things have. To the point I feel sorry for anyone not experienced with the game starting for first time. I can’t imagine the level difficulty and overwhelming frustration that would be for someone not well versed in the game. Even for those well versed starting fresh save is HARD in 1.6. Once you get to and through mastery it eases up a bit but for newbs they don’t know that. Slow and steady wins the race but the race is more of a marathon now than the 5K in 1.4 I think it could turn brand new people off from game. 🫤Don't know if the volcano dungeon layout changed in 1.6 but I'm seeing fewer (none) dragon skeletons where the teeth usually spawn. But anyway, I finally got enough to do the trade, and upon opening a golden coconut the next day, got a second banana sapling!
So while those grow, set up a pineapple plot/winery and a coffee plot/brewery on my Ginger island farm, and also comissioned Robin to build my horse stable for my main farm. See if he can wear my dinosaur hood.
Next up: finish off the monster slayer goals (mummies and pepper rexes) so off to skull cavern...
You get the snake vertebrae from digging artifact spots on the ginger island farm. Also, my friend needs another snake vertebrae. How do you get those? Side note: In that picture that someone posted they dug up a snake vertebrae. I guess my friend will have to do a lot of digging. Second side note: There is a recipe for something called a treasure totem but my friend doesn't know how to get one. How do you get the recipe for the Treasure Totem? Secret side note: Please don't be mining mastery because my friend got level 10 in all skills but farming before the 1.6 update and now he doesn't have the other four masteries that he should have. It says he should have them but he doesn't have the recipes. How do you get them? Other secret side note: my friend is playing on a Nintendo Switch. Moderators note: That is funily enough not made by a moderator, please don't delete my post because it was super long.
I would go with abbyWell,I blew up my farm for the first time. I was trying to collect mayonnaise and heard a hissing, and wondered "WTF?" and then....well, let's just say I quit without saving.
As fall ended, I nearly had 200K gold, partly because I was too busy to Robins and Marnies to spend the money. Ten days into winter, though, my coop and barn are full expanded, and I've now added pigs, rabbits, and sheep to my holdings. The rabbits have already contributed wool, and with a loom I've gotten two weird shirts. I need to watch some videos about the tailoring to see how to get what I want. On the first day of winter the juminis fixed the greenhouse, annnnnnnnnnd since I thoughtfully prepared strawberry, cranberry, and blueberry seeds during their seasons, I'm fixed to continue pumping out wine and preserves all winter.
Bundle are going REALLY well. I need aquamarine (keep going into the mines and smashing boxes for that, a shad (have to wait for spring rain), a maki roll (...:-/), and pig truffles. Then voila! Joja will be no more. Once spring arrives I should be able to knock out the shad and truffle, and I'm hoping to encounter maki rolls at the traveling cart at some point but haven't seen it yet. I've ten-hearted....Abigail, Penny, Leah, Emily, Pam, and Alex. Hayley is the last bachelorette I'll ten heart, I think, but I'm still debating between Abigail and Penny for wifing up. Penny has overtly said "I can't wait to see your farm in the spring", so....we shall see.
Cool but how did you get to that pointJust reached 1mil+ in total earnings! this was one of my goalsView attachment 16742
