But, basically until patched; you'll want to remove CustomFurniture mods, and then potentially clean up the save via the instructions listed there.

I removed the CustomFurniture mod but still can't enter the game. So I tried removing the current game files but still not working. I've also tried deleting the spacecore-serialization.json file.

What current game files did you remove? You only need to remove CustomFurniture and any CustomFurniture mods you had; in the mod folder. And, then from the saves; the spacecore files either edit or delete.
The new log you posted just says that the the game crashed previously, and you have to confirm that you want to continue playing.
There's no other info.

Thank you so much. I can now enter the game, I have 2 current game files, one is fine another one is strict mode.
I'm curious if in strict mode if I don't remove those buggy mods it will affect the game in the future.
And one more thing, should this PyTK mod be uploaded or not?

Normal:
Strict:
Strict mode already disables some mods that it thinks are too old to run. And, that can certainly affect your save game; causing crashes.
You can see in Strict mode a lot of mods are disabled due to dependencies being disabled. I'd recommend to just use the normal SMAPI.
And, PyTK; I don't think you need it anymore. I know the newest TMXL; doesn't require it. And, I don't think any of your other mods require it. So you can try removing it.
