Can the rate of floor (with Dino) be increased? The last monster I need to finish the Adventure guild quest.

Monster musk increases overall spawns so you will see more pepper rexes. You can also use the mouseypound predictor to see which days will have a chance for low level prehistoric floors.

Also, if you look for them while the Qi quest "Skull Cavern Invasion" is going on, the number of dinos will increase significantly.
