Solved Item Images Disappeared

So, I'm playing Modded Stardew, as one does, brand new save file, just barely getting to Winter in year 1. First day of winter arrives, and suddenly the images for 90% of the items are gone. Seed bags, fish, stone, wood, all kinds of things. It isn't just vanilla items or just modded items, as some vanilla items (not reskinned) seem totally unaffected (like bug meat) but a lot of my reskinned vanilla items are also unaffected (my tappers and furnaces still show up just fine.) I have no idea which mod is causing it, I've tried messing with the configs in GMCM but nothing seems to have fixed it. I'm using Vanilla Tweaks, Better Artisan Goods (by cometkins) and several of Gwen's reskin mods (Grandpa's tools, Medieval craftables, etc.) alongside other cosmetic mods (Vibrant Pastoral Recolor, Way Back Pelican Town, etc.) the only major game-changing mods are Stardew Valley Expanded and the 4 balanced valley mods. (Realistic Farming is set to 'lightweight mode') Any idea what's going on here??

I made an account solely to reply to this. Hello, I am experiencing the EXACT same issue. New save, first day of winter. No idea what's causing it either. I have the same reskin mods from Gwen and Comentkins and removing both didn't do anything to fix it.

I'm assuming it's a mod we both have? For reference, I don't have Way Back Pelican Town or Realistic Farming.

**UPDATE**

I combed through my download history on Nexus to look for any reports of a similar issue. Some recent comments on "Lux's Food Mod" by thisislux (folder titled LFM) mentioned items disappearing.

Just removed that folder and booted up the game. Everything is visible once again! I'm curious if you have the same mod

Yes!! I never came back to edit this to say I found it was caused by LFM. Once I had removed it all my items were normal again. (If you're on the hunt for a food reskin mod, the new update of Vanilla Tweaks has some really good ones!)
