Solved Save files disappeared

Hello, guys...

I am hoping that this is the right place to ask for help with a problem, that has bugged me for hours now.

I have added a few mods to my game (mainly just to alter the appearence of the game) and I wanted to check how it turned out, just to see that my favourite file has disappeared.
I tried to undo all changes that I had done to the game, but my files were still not back. Then I tried recovering the file by using the option to recover a former version of your file.
That did not work either. I have tried to delete the current day file and replace it with the old file by removing the '_old' at the end. It did not work as well, my file is still gone.
I have tried every possible solution that came to my mind and I still have not been able to recover my file.
I am very devastated because that file was very dear to me as I connect some importand memories with my girlfirend with that file.

I hope, that someone here can help me, that would be great.
(I'm sorry for any language mistakes I made, as English is not my first language.)

Hi, this seems to be a different save than the one in your screenshot. However, I did check it. And, not only does it show up fine in-game; it loads without issue.
I can test the other one, CutePara_*; if you like.
But, I think your saves are okay.

Try running Steam/GOG/SDV as Administrator. The game may be running on a local account, & looking in a separate place for the saves. But, running as Admin may redirect it to your saves.

Hi again, I have finally been able to recover the save file!
I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I also deleted all former files, that were connected to the game. Now my file is playable on my pc again and I can live in peace again, haha. :D
