Solved I cannot launch the game on PC. 😭

I need help!!!! I try every ways on this page (https://steamcommunity.com/app/413150/discussions/0/142261352650065356/)
and this page (https://www.stardewvalley.net/stardew-valley-troubleshooting-guide/) .

BUT IT STILL CANNOT WORK!!!!!

Please help me!!!! I don't know what's going on!! I do everything possible but the result is nothing appear.
My PC is new one. The system is Windows 10.

1.【Steam cannot launch .gif】: it's no response and no game window show up like this GIF.
