Solved I can't have a stable

Some months ago I had the SVE mod installed and played a few hours there, I didn't liked it, so now I uninstalled it and wanted to continue playing in the same save file, I lost all the constructions that I had made but I don't care cause I can built it all over again, except for the stable, the game marks that I have a horse and doesn't let me built another stable, can someone tell me what should I do?

Honestly, as far as I know, the only way to fix it would be to savefile edit.

There is a biggere thing to worry about, though, as your savefile has lots of extra stuff in it because of SVE, and you may experience other glitches later. Removing all of that stuff would be a lot of work, and if you're not up for it, it's a lot of work to ask someone else to do. You might be better off starting a new, clean save, my friend.

I've played two months since I uninstalled the mods, I haven't had any other issue except this one, I'd be really grateful if you tell me how I can edit my save file to fix my error.

Buddy, I wish I knew. Save files have a lot in them. I just know that SVE modified your savefile, not just the game, and that you have lingering problems are due to the savefile having changes put in that the vanilla game can't process.

I ask because I did a quick test of deleting my stable from the save, but keeping the horse. And, I was able to build a new stable once I had the resources.
And, after construction was complete; I got my old horse back.

So, I'm wondering if perhaps your buildings, like the stable; are still around but offscreen.

Actually, checking a bit further, SDV Expanded claims inaccessible farm buildings can be moved by Robin: https://github.com/FlashShifter/StardewValleyExpanded/wiki/Uninstall-Guide#clean-up-your-save

You may want to try that first.

So, there were indeed farm buildings way out of bounds to the right on the farm map.
But, no worries. I gave it a try with Robin, just to see if those instructions would work. But, she can't reach out of bounds.
So, I had to move them manually with some save editing.

Luckily, you had a lot of free space due to it being winter.
I moved the following buildings back onto your farm, so you should be good to go now.

Buildings restored to your farm:

shipping bin
silo
fish pond
stable
