Any update on cross-platform play issues between Mac and Windows? It appears yesterdays update for steam has caused it to be unable to connect to multiplayer games. Thanks

There is no cross-platform MP capability and never has been. Mac and Windows are both PC, though, and are the same "platform". Or did you simply mean "other platforms"?

I believe they're referring to some reporting issues with multiplayer where one player is on a Mac and the other is on Windows or Linux. I believe the problem has something to do with Steam on macOS, but I'm not positive.
If you've tried the multiplayer help guide on the wiki as well as the one from ConcernedApe, I would recommend searching this section of the forums as I believe there have been a few threads about similar issues.
I've unpinned this thread as the Xbox issue appears to be resolved.
