Allow us to skip the 3rd farmhouse upgrade.

I really like the small, cozy feel of the farmhouse with just the kitchen upgrade, but I also want a basement so I can utilize kegs. I'd love to have my (pink) cake and eat it too, so having the option to skip the 3rd upgrade and go straight to the 4th would be fantastic.

I'd love a smaller farmhouse with a basement too! Just being able to remove the top two rooms at Robin's (like the new additions) would work for me.

I think it would be more general not to skip the upgrade than to not order it. So it does not matter if you upgrade 1-2-3-4 or 1-2-4-3.
This way everybody can choose to take the "family-path" or the "craftsman-path" first.

That would allow us to enjoy the coziness of the smaller house without sacrificing the basement, so that's a solution that works for me.
