Can anyone eplain me the socials menu a bit?

The green marked square is probably the "Did you talk to this person today" checker.

On the left, you have the name of the person, than how many hearts you have with them. For dateable people, the last two hearts are grey and you can unlock them later. The explanation will be send to you once you hit 8 hearts with them.
Then there are two check boxes for presents given. You can give two presents in a week to each person. I think it resets on Saturday. The last checkbox is whether you talked to a person that day.

Also helpful to note, if you click on a person in the list it will pull up a menu where it shows all the different gifts you have already given that person before and what they thought of the gift.

Also, it will tell you what they like and dislike based on secret notes found and dialogue from other NPCs. Quite a few NPCs will occasionally tell you what other NPCs like and dislike.
