PC [HELP] Missing gold axe and hoe

Missing Axe and hoe .....how do i retrieve i had gold axe and hoe and they r missing on my account not in lost and found or in mine accident colection offer . Didnt Lose in mine either also sewing machine is missing-- finished sewing machine quest. Place sewing machine in my house now its missing . First day of spring and cant clear wood or make plot to plant grow crops SOLVED issue -----------BUT sewing machine stilllll missing

I'm glad you found your tools (if I understood correctly)! For the sewing machine, make sure you've checked all the chests in your house.

i hav not found my sewing machine in any chest. I have looked for several times. I think the quest Rock rejuvenation is not repeatable also. Which i thought might work to resolve . I am hoping the sewing machine will auto appear soon perhaps. also i kno during thunderstorms my truffel makers disappear and i remake them ....but sewing machine is inside my home.....any other suggestions would be gr8t jus a fyi i am a quilter irl so i did that quest early in game so i could make clothing Mayb since it is not repeatable some can make it not trashable like tools btw tool found in my fridge via foot note on this site
