PC [BUG] Children stays up very late just standing around house

Usually when I go home past 10, they're in bed. Now they're just standing around the house, even when I enter the house at 1:50AM. Happened before and after I placed trees to one of the entrances to their room.

Was this the same day as a festival in town? I've noticed that before, that since they were at the festival at their bedtime, that they just don't go to bed.

No, these were normal days. One was when I came back from Ginger Island. I forgot about the instances of the other one.

It might be routing issues, your house is pretty full and I've noticed when their planned path doesn't work out they just stay where they are.

If it's only when you are on the island, they might act like the junimos before the last patch, and just not trigger at the right time when you're not on the mainland.

I'm inclined to believe this one. If you're on the island at bedtime, the trigger might not be applied correctly. (I'll note that I haven't seen this behavior when out on the island, myself, whereas I have seen festivals cause this, as I said.)
