I used to think you had to fit into a specific box to truly know who you were. Then I realized real people are beautifully complex and multi-layered and that we get to be all of it. Even well-developed fictional characters can be single-layered. Long story short, if you don't fit a specific character archetype or don't know who you relate to, your concept of self might actually be stronger than you realize.
