Non-Alcoholic beer, wine etc...

This game is absolutely incredible in my opinion, but as a Muslim, it feels wrong to play a game where I am abusing alcoholic beverages to make absolutely bank when these types of beverages are banned by my religion. I have no problem against people who drink them, but I feel adding an item you could put into the keg to prevent drinks from having alcoholic effects shouldn't be too difficult. It could also provide a boost to sell value of like 10% to give a reason to use it. I believe this also lines up with some of the game's themes, with the farmer making this to help the community like Shane and Pam who are addicted or also pleasing people like Penny who absolutely hate alcohol, since it doesn't make sense for someone to be in a relationship with Penny and also being the biggest wine empire in the country.

I completely understand your point of view from a religious perspective, but it’s just part of the game. The game doesn’t force you to produce, buy, or give away alcohol. Alternatively, you can put vegetables in the kegs to make juice (pumpkin juice, for example, is very profitable) or milled rice to make vinegar. And turn all your fruits into jelly or sell them raw.

Yeah you're not wrong I just think it could also fit thematically with how addiction seems to be a problem with multiple npcs so this could work for interactions with those characters like penny absolutely hates alcohol, so this works with that nicely, with your character helping decrease addiction in the town. Also if instead they just add a vegetable that is as profitable as star fruit that would also solve me problem, since true endgame farming is really either starfruit or ancient fruit

Yeah, you might be right—it is a bit of a shame that Pam, for example, doesn't stop drinking once the bus is fixed. Maybe that will change a bit when the next update comes out.
