Yes. Unresponsive to both controller and keyboard/mouse input.
I could still get the on-screen keyboard up (but could not input anything with it), and could both open and send messages in the chat with my computer keyboard.
This was on player 1, I haven't tried it with player 2.

Yeah I had the issue as the player 2 so must effect both playets

I have the same issue, even after the new 1.5.3 patch. After unlocking the casino as player 2 (using a controller), I am unable to play the casino games, as the buttons do not respond to any input. I am also unable to quit the game of 21.

This looks like an issue with UI scale and zoom level. As a quick workaround for now, before starting any of the club minigames, go into the options menu and set UI scale and zoom level to the same value.

I too have inputs not working during local multiplayer casino game mode . Didn't work on controller , keyboard , or mouse , and there were also many problems related to UI scale and zoom level . I repeatedly went to the settings set the same value for UI scale and zoom level, and still nothing changed. So I switched to casino https://www.vietnamwar.net/ , and no longer encounter any problems at all. I advise you to try to do as I did and maybe you won't run into these unpleasant situations again.
