PC [HELP] Remixed animal bundle only accepts brown eggs?

Not sure if this is a bug or deliberate? I'm using the remixed CC bundles from 1.5, and my animal bundle now asks for an egg and a large egg, instead of white and brown large eggs. The eggs are labelled "egg" and "large egg", without any colour mentioned, so I initially assumed they could be either colour (just like how the poppy in the original CC bundle can be any colour though the picture specifically shows one particular colour). But I tried putting in a white egg and white large egg and neither of them worked.

EDIT: I'm on PC, no mods

Oh, so you did! Well, maybe having multiple reports will bring it to CA's attention?

Anyways, I found another egg-related CC bug, and this one is definitely a bug. I got the "Home Cook" bundle, which requires 10 milk (any), 10 eggs (any), and 100 wheat flour.

The milk correctly allows different types of milk - I filled it with 4 regular cow's milk, 2 silver-quality regular size milk, 2 gold-quality regular size milk, and 2 regular quality large milk. But I tried all sorts of different eggs (regular and large white chicken eggs, regular brown chicken eggs, and duck eggs) and I couldn't put any of them in. I think it may require a stack of 10 of the same quality, maybe?

I'm surprised you were able to deliver different milk. The old bundles also used to need a stack of the same quality when there was more than one item, even if it didn't specify the quality and any could be used.

I'm inclined to think the first one is not a bug. I mean the whole point of remixed bundles is to change the requirements a bit to keep things fresh. Perhaps it could be a little clearer on the UI side, but the brown egg item has always just been called "Egg", so nothing about this really surprises me.

The second one where the milk and eggs behave inconsistently does seem like a bug though. A mild one assuming a stack of 10 the same is the answer, or not-so-mild if it can't be completed at all for some reason.

Yep, that's a new fix for 1.5:
"You can now donate items of different qualities for the same community bundle ingredient. "
Presumably the implementation just wasn't quite correct for this bundle.

Anyways I've bought myself a new chicken so I should have a stack of 10 regular-quality small eggs soon.

@ManaUser Yeah, I could see the first one not being a bug (maybe there's a version that only accepts white eggs?) but if so I do think the UI could be better.
Based on the wiki's "Bundles" page, the original CC animal bundle has the eggs labelled as "Large Egg" and "Large Egg (Brown)" so if anything I'd expect special text for brown eggs... Plus it's inconsistent with the original Chef's Bundle which accepts all colours of poppies even though the UI shows an orange poppy.

I feel like the poppy example doesn't apply that well since there's such a variety in flower colors that requiring on specifically would just stink. Egg on the other hand have only 2 variations in color so it's not too hindering needing only one unless you for some reason only bought a certain color of chicken.

Can confirm that putting in 10 small, regular-quality white eggs worked for the Home Cook bundle.

Yeah, I only bought one chicken (which happened to be white) because I thought I only needed one chicken. I personally don't do animals much, plus I was trying to save money for the other stuff I needed for the CC. But you're right, it's not super hard, was just annoying having to wait for a second chicken to grow up.

There's only three different colours of poppies though. Granted, unlike chickens, you have to wait for them to grow up before you can tell which colour they'll be. But if you buy just 10 of them, you have a 98%+ chance of getting an orange one.
