PC [BUG] Weather man is a fraud

The Weather man seems to be failing to predict the weather, reporting the next day will be beautiful and sunny everyday. It predicted rain accurately once, but never since and I automatically check the weather report every morning.

What do you mean? Are you saying he's been reporting sunny days but the next day is rainy?

Everyone knows weatherman are never right anyways. It's just making the game more realistic :P

Does this happen after you save, exit, and reload the game? ie weatherman predicts rain, you sleep, close the game, reopen the game, and the next day is now sunny?
