The wiki is edited by people that play game (like yourself), so it's not going to have everything right away. That items looks pretty self-explanatory though, just a farmhouse decoration you can place on the wall. It does look nice!

How do I edit the wiki though?
Ah, well, you'll want to create an account first. Then, on a page where you want to add information, you can click the Edit button in the top right to edit that page. You can also click the Discussion button in the top left to leave a comment on the page, which will allow you to make a suggestion without actually changing the wiki if you'd be more comfortable with that.
As for getting used to editing the wiki with respect to formatting, I'd recommend looking at other similar pages or sections to find out how things work. Need to link to another page? Check how an existing link is formatted by editing that page.
