Subject: Workbench crafting bug - Blue Grass Starter consumes incorrect inventory items
Platform: Console (Nintendo Switch Oled white version)
Game Version: 1.6
Description: I found a critical bug when using the Workbench. When trying to craft the Blue Grass Starter, the game allows me to craft it even if I don't have the required Mystic Syrup.
Instead of the syrup, the Workbench consumes other items from nearby chests or my inventory. I tested this multiple times after restarting the day, and the game used the following items as substitutes for the Mystic Syrup:
Horse Flute (This was the first time I noticed it, very painful loss!)
Galactic Soul
Coffee
Golden Coconut
The Workbench seems to be pulling items that are not part of the recipe to fulfill the missing ingredient requirement.
Steps to reproduce:
Have a Workbench connected to a chest.
Have the Blue Grass Starter recipe but NO Mystic Syrup.
Have one of the items mentioned above (Horse Flute, Galactic Soul, etc.) in the chest or inventory.
The game shows the recipe as "craftable" and consumes the rare item instead.

URGENT UPDATE:

I just discovered that this bug is NOT exclusive to the Workbench. I was able to craft a Deluxe Worm Bin using a Field Snack (instead of the correct ingredients) directly from my player crafting menu.

This means the issue is within the global crafting logic in the 1.6 console version, where the game incorrectly validates and consumes items from the inventory that aren't part of the recipe. Please be careful with your rare items!

Thank you, been experiencing the exact bug, without using the workbench, things that get consumed for blue grass where the syrup is omitted for anything else. And the related totem too, thanks!
