Hello everyone. Many months ago, I remixed winter OST "The Wind Can Be Still". My listeners and friends liked it very much, and many of them are asking me to post it on platforms like Spotify or Yandex Music. I saw that ConcernedApe is not against fan works and monetization of content, however, he said this about the video on YouTube.
Does this apply to music and do I need to mention ConcernedApe as a co-author?

P.S. I tried to connect with ConcernedApe and Magically Clueless, but I haven't received any response, so this post is a desperate move.
