Windows Frog Egg Disappeared After Teleporting from Skull Caverns to Farm

I was going through the skull caverns when I obtained my first Frog Egg! Equipped it immediately after obtaining it, but sadly after I teleported back to my farm with Warp Totem: Farm, the egg was nowhere to be found. It occurred on Summer day 22. In my save file it should be Summer day 24. This is with v1.6.15 build 24356.

the easiest way to upload the save file here is to zip the whole folder and upload that.

Yes, those are the correct save files. I did the usual tests I use when people lose their tools, and I wasn't able to find the frog egg anywhere in your game. If it disappeared due to a bug, the devs will investigate the save file.
