Switch [Bug] Statue Of Perfection Bug?

I wish I had proof for this as it aggravates me a lot. But my concern here is me and my partner was playing on Switch Stardew Valley, split screen, third year; we got the visit from the grandpa {Amazing work with that btw} and we got all 4 candles lit for our farm. I understand that the cutscene was a team effort type of quest and I was very proud of it since it was our first time. When we went to get the statue of perfection I thought only one of us gets the statue but I thought it wouldn't hurt none if we both tried, when we both {Not at the same time, after one another} clicked on grandpa's grave we both got the statue of perfection, I was surprised but very happy to get my own statue. I continue to play the game as normal but today (5/16/2025) I noticed I did not have my statue anymore, I was very confused and upset. I looked everywhere and could not find it at all, so I looked on the internet for glitches and bugs and saw one post saying we could not get two statues in one game. So now I am even more upset and confused, how did I get the statue as well as my partner if we are unable to both get it?

It was likely patched in an update after you guys glitched the game out. There’s other people that have done the same and so when concerned ape fixed the game he removed the duplicates from the save files.
