1) You can complete as many bundles as you wish, right before turning joja. Not missing a single reward, if you time it correctly, too (turn in the final bundle, right after purchasing joja membership). Bundles and their respective rewards, aren't community path "exclusives". Joja cola in bulk, is also useful for a Mr. Qi quest, late game (repeatable).

2) Once again, you can complete the associated bundles from community centre Board for friendship, right before going joja. Full bonus applies, you even get the relative email (thanks from villagers) later, still.

3) If you go joja, they have same prices and sunflower seeds are cheaper at Joja, still!

4) This one is subjective, really. But even aesthetically, it seems way more cool or rad, during the Golden Pumpkin event, at autumn!

As for Morris, i don't like him either. But i still like Pierre, less...

P.S. For me, the greatest benefit though, is that villagers don't change schedule and Clint doesn't close shop, for 1 day per week.
1. If you complete the center in the same day as purchasing the Joja membership, the building gets bugged and you might end up in either of the two.
2. The community center route can be used like this, but if you are going to do this, you might as well just complete the center instead of parts of it.
3. Corn seeds and other items cannot be bought at Jojamart (Corn seeds are only available during fall in Jojamart, while it is available for both in Pierre’s) and sunflower seeds you only need to buy once.
4. This is an opinion, I think you can like whatever you want to, I have no reply
5. How many times do you actually need to go to Clint’s shop, and schedules don’t change too much after the community center, plus Pierre is only providing for his family, and Morris is making money for the already rich Joja owners.

1, 2. You can do either, or both. "True" joja runs, include Billboard bundles completion first, with optional completion of sections you can unlock fast and easy... Then, going membership! The people who (erroneously) find the Joja run boring, are the ones who immediately buy the membership and only spend money, for upgrades/rewards. The glitching is temporary, until you buy the theater upgrade. And you don't have to suffer it, if you leave exactly 1, or more if you wish, bundles uncompleted.

3. While not all items can be found in joja, from the ones acquired in pierre's, their shop is still open all the way to 23:00. Convenient, no?

4. Same.

5. Almost daily. Between the countless different geodes that need crushing, the buyout of coals and raw minerals (quicker to buy late game, than amass from adventuring) and the small board quests (clint petitions very frequently, with easy tasks too), not having him right where you need him, while possibly losing a deadline in tandem, is no good. And many other villages change schedule... Making your task to go after them for various tasks (such as gifting), very annoying, post getting used to their normal activities.

i always do the community centre and ive never really thought of doing the joja route because to me it just feels as though you've gone back to who you were before you moved to pelican town. by choosing the community centre you contribute to the community, restore a beloved place for the locals to hang out, and befriend the junimos! however when you choose joja you shut down a locally owned business for a mass corporation that you spent years wasting your life away at, which was also the reason you moved the pelican town to get away from this boring depressing life only to go back to them and give them even more money and years of your life to them. i just cant understand the perspective of the joja route other than it may be easier or interesting

Don't see how needing to go all the way to Joja is convenient, especially early in the game when we lack a horse and fast travelling. Pierre is on the way, and is cheaper 99% of the time.

I also find it strange to argue for Joja by saying you can still do CC until you don't.

But more than that, I always like to get immersed in games I play, and don't like to approach games from a metagaming perspective, or indeed, with the intent of "gaming" the system.

But whatever. It's nice that both options are there, for those who happen to enjoy the corporate route. I want to get a sense of community, to build it up - that is why I came to the valley in the first place. To get away from that enslaved life, to honour grandpa's wish. His gift to us is freedom so to speak. I don't want to urinate on his grave 😢

Okay, i'll bite. In what regard, is the Community route more "rewarding"?

A number of convenient outcomes, come from Joja route. What are the gains of community???
The villagers treat you with more respect, you get friendship points with them all so yeah there some more reasons that I don't know of the top of my head right now

Counterpoint: if you're not in a particular rush, doing the community center is actually much cheaper. Like, the sell value of the items for the pantry add up to 5085 gold. Buying the greenhouse costs you 35,000 gp. Even the cost of buying the materials to make a few sprinklers to water crops for you, you come out way ahead. The "extra work" is literally just.... planting four or five types of things instead of a ton of one type of thing for crops, grabbing foraging as you wander around the map, and doing a bit of fishing and mining that you were probably going to do at some point anyway? Like if you plan on going for perfection you'll have to catch all the fish and grow all the crops and have a coop and barn for shipping anyway? If you absolutely need to hit ginger island by summer year one Joja is the way to do it but don't try to tell me that's less work.
