Me and another of my friends cannot connect to another one of our friends world we have tried resetting our routers, xboxs, have check multiplayer connection and updates we are all on xbox. How do we fix this problem

Have your friend check their NAT Type. If the are on strict NAT TYPE and you both are on moderate. It will not allow you to connect with one another.
Ideally you should all have OPEN NAT TYPES.
