Railroad mystery

Guys I’ve been obsessing over this for months.

(Preface, this only happens in Summer)

In summer, when you go up to the railroad and look at the tunnel on the right, there’s this strange yellow circle with a blue dot in the middle sitting on top of the tunnel. I’ve tried everything to knock it down because I don’t know what it is, but I want it.

Here’s what I tried:
Bombing the tunnel, with every type.
Using a scattershot
Using a fishing rod
Going inside the tunnel and shooting upward

so far nothing has worked. If you guys have any suggestions or know what this is, please tell me!

That’s an interesting sprite that I’ve never noticed before. I would assume it won’t come down, but who knows…. maybe.

Looks just like the decoration piece you'd have right above the tunnel (looks to be above the peak of the arch)

Since it's summer only though, it is sort of reminding me of a nest with an egg in it?
