iOS Watering can reaching effect not working

My watering can is iridium level and i have the bottomless enchantment and everywhere I read online it says the reaching effect should work but it does not. I have tried everything to get it to work and it does not. Help ?

Which one do you have, bottomless or reaching? Those are different enchantments, and you can only have one.

Bottomless means you don’t have to refill it, reaching means you can water a 5x5 area at once.

I only have bottomless and I'm trying to get reaching
