Why, hello!

I recently had my main PC die on me which sucks because I was pursuing streaming. During its down time I realized I wanted to keep playin a game on my laptop and stumbled upon Stardew Valley, oh my gosh have I been missing out!

I am Duck (Duckablo), I’m a stay at home husband with an and kiddo and awesome wife so I luckily have tons of time to play currently. I’m really approaching it slow and wanting to do whatever I really want to instead of figuring out what works best. Wish me luck in my farming life, and I hope I can figure out which digital NPC I will marry first.

Maru is great, I can't say that I've personally seen much criticism of her, so that's surprising to hear.

I’ve seen a couple post talking about how they’ve never even done anything with her romantically and that she always feels left out? I’m not super sure, could be talking NPC personality? All I know is that she is the one for me.

I play Stardew on the Switch, but have - just like yourself - stumbled across this game and discovered it slowly on my own throughout the last year. Playing regularly online with a friend has added quite some spark to the gameplay that I really like, hence I am looking for more Stardew fans to play with.

Oh. It's been so long since I've been able to play. I love the game, but sadly, I've probably spent more time on these forums than the actual game at this point.

Well, no. I've not really been playing anything else, but yeah, just real life distractions, and I'm having problems with my console.

the main reason I’m trying out Stardew is because my gaming PC broke so I understand.
