Switch Got Perfection without ANY achievements??

Hi, this is my first time uploading here, because I think my game is glitched.

I'm on Nintendo Switch, and Year 3 Spring 11.

I just got perfection after accidentally summoning Grandpa with a diamond, but when I looked up the criteria, I don't fit most.

I don't have the Gold Clock, I don't have the Monster Slayer Hero thing, I'm only max hearts with 5 characters, I don't have level 10 in every skill, only farming, foraging, and fishing. I haven't cooked every recipe or crafted every item, caught any fish, found all of the Stardrops, shipped all the items, or built all the Obelisks(?).

I haven't even finished the community center!!

Is this something that has happened to anyone else? (I'd assume so) And is there anything I can do to fix this??

That seems to be the Grandpa's Evaluation, and not Perfection. In year Y3 Spring 1, he'll visit your farm to give you an evaluation of your progress so far and his Shrine (where I assumed you put the Diamond) will have these 4 candles around it that will indicate your score.

If you didn't pass the evaluation the first time, you can be re-evaluated using the Diamond in the Shrine, and if you met the criteria, which seems you did, it will give you The Statue of Perfection (Which is different from the The Statue of True Perfection)
