Android wallpaper bug

i have a problem with wallpaper, how to fix this? I can't place the there's no "green guideline" where to put the wallpaper so I can't add a wallpaper. i tried to restart my game and it's still broken:')

I haven’t had any problems with wallpapers so far. However I can’t place some stuff in the hall of the dining room. (Hopefully that’ll be fixed soon)
As of normal placement it’s kinda weird.
You have to walk all the way up unlike some furniture even though it says you can place it from far away.
