Issue year 2 desert festival villagers don't travel to the desert - help?

hi! my game is pretty modded and i just got to year two and the desert festival is not working :/ the villagers get stuck at the bus stop (pam moves once the map is loaded and i wait for a sec) and then when i get to the desert it's completely deserted, no villagers attending shops, emily isn't running her little outfit stand, no one's even just visiting

hey !! i personally figured mine out, a mod i had (overgrown valley) that edited the bus stop layout was stopping the villagers from travelling!!! :) i removed the bus stop edits for the festival and then everything worked fine
