Solved Is the wizard's construction a bug?

I've completed the tasks given by the wizard, but when I gathered the materials and tried to construct, I found it wasn't possible.
Have any Android players encountered this issue? I haven't seen any feedback from other players. Is this a bug?

I thought I already obtained the magic ink, but it seems I must have reloaded a save file that reverted to before I acquired it.
