Help!I can't buy items successfully!

I have played Stardew Valley for a long time but this is my first time to play it with mods.I have played it normally until the 1.6.9 update.I can't use some mod.Althought I went to Nexus and updated some mods,there's still something wrong in my file. I can ignore some problems like some different picture and some broken functions（I hope these can be sloved too）.But I can't buy anything from any shop!
When I click on the purchasable item,the dialog box will shake and nothing happens.

I didn't find their new version so I deleted them.But it seems like that they don‘’t make a difference in buying items.I still can't buy items.
