[Spoilers] Hungry Raccoon?

I came across what I thought was a very overweight bear south of Robin's house near the entrance to the Sewer, my wife swore it was an overweight Raccoon, well, I found it again, and I fed it what it wanted 3 times, and it played a flute or harp or something, LOL Then he flew away via an umbrella, then flew over the town and dropped a steak to the Dog.?? what has happened here?? Help?

I could be mistaken but I thought it was the 'trash bear' and by feeding it 6 items I think it is the bear cleans up the town and area :)

After the nuttier events like Maru's SkyNet attempt and Alex's Gridball dreams, it seems that CA decided that the game needed some grounding. So he added a Willy Wonka Glass Elevator dressed like a Diabetic BeaRacoon Mary Poppins powered by a Mr. Fusion.

It's what I'd have done.

Yes you are right, it is the trash bear LOL But it has a tail that resembles a raccoon.
