Hi,
I love Stardew Valley and played it multiple times. Most of all I love finishing the community center. Therefore the upgrade with the remixed bundles was a perfect addition for me.
Also I do love challanges. I try to restore the community center befor end of year 1 every time. But even with the remixed bundles it's not very challanging anymore. So I thougt about it and think it would be nice to have a Hardmode where you have to complete all the bundles + the new remixed bundles.
