Android [HELP] Max villagers capped 27/28 instead of 28/28

As the title says I am having problems I meet all the villagers but for some reason, it says 27/28 I have met with all of them and talked with them again even robin and lewis.Here is the zip for all the villagers i met

I have every single NPC greeted in my social tab, but in my journal, it says I have 27/28. Also, I have checked 2 times and counted all NPCs on the social tab. There are 29, not 28. Does anyone else count 29?

I am talking about the introduction and sandy wasn't there at all

Sometimes people have a bug where even though the list shows you having talked to everyone, you actually missed someone. As much of a pain as it sounds, you may just need to go down the list and talk to everyone again until you find the one that completes the quest.

All the villagers you need for the quest also shows up at festivals such as egg hunt and luau, try talking to everyone during those festivals and see if it resolves it!

I have melted them all again but it still capped 27/28

Did you try willy? Also just because the ??? doesnt appear, doesnt mean it counted towards the quest. Like Odin said, might have to just re-do all of em. Also I dont recommend at festivals as I read that doesnt always count. Keep in mind shop keeps have to be talked to behind the counter or away from it.
