Penny's 14-heart cutscene and multiplayer

Sorry if this is a stupid question.
If 3 players in a multiplayer game each marry Penny at separate times, and reach her 14 heart event to redecorate the room, and then divorce her for another player, is it possible for all 3 sets of furniture to become accessible? Or will the event only happen once to the first player?

Each person gets their own heart events with a bachelor/ette so yes it's possible to get the complete set of Penny's furniture with the help of 2 friends.

I don't believe so for this in particular, 14 heart events are single time events unless 1.6 changed it (regardless of multiplayer)

So in multiplayer, if you marry Penny, make your 14 choice, then divorce her, the other Farmers can't make their own different 14 choice if they marry Penny? That doesn't seem fair.

pretty much, it not being fair doesn't really affect it not existing though

And it makes sense within the context of other 14 heart events, like how would alex's one even work a second time? He just trashes the place when you divorce him?
